pool hoursextra charge
The pool had specific hours for children. if you have kids and want to enjoy the hotel. run from this place. my son could only use the pool from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.. That's only 2 hours a day. i paid for two days but stayed one night. i wanted to check out early by two days, but as it was 2:00 p.m., they made a point of charging an extra day.

the staff seemed professional throughout my stay. i especially want to thank jehan from the front desk. he went out of his way to make sure i stayed in a good room. (it definitely did not disappoint). i saw a sunrise over tower bridge from the bathtub.
my north facing room overlooking the thames became a south facing suite. i did not like the change in scenery. there was no sound system in the rooms. i had to ask for a poor quality external speaker.

the room provided a great view. the bed was comfortable. toiletries were available in the bathroom. the location made city sights accessible.
i noticed inadequate noise insulation between rooms. conversations from the adjacent room were easily audible. there was slow service at the restaurant during dinner. it took a long time to receive the starter.
